Severn Surveyors are independent energy report specialists, comprising a team of hand-picked professionals, combining public and private sector experience and holding the most current energy assessor qualifications.

Quality Assurance and Qualifications

Severn Surveyors' energy assessors are members of the Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation Scheme (SAVA). They hold NVQ Level 4 qualifications in both commercial and residential property surveying issued by the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE).

The quality of our work is monitored by SAVA to ensure knowledge and skills remain up to date, and that the reports produced meet the high standards demanded by SAVA.

SAVA is an approved regulator of Home Inspectors. All SAVA surveyors have a full Criminal Records Bureau check and Diploma in Home Inspection. SAVA employs thorough checks and quality assurance procedures designed to guarantee consumer confidence.

ABBE is a specialist awarding body that provides nationally recognised qualifications for the Built Environment industry. These cover such disciplines as construction, surveying, plan and project management, home inspection, energy assessment and valuation.

Severn Surveyors maintain appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance arranged through their accreditation scheme.
